What am I buying?
A poster of your own routes, printed once, for you. You connect Strava, choose which activities to include, frame the map how you want it, and we print that exact design and post it to you. Nothing is held in stock — each one is made after it is ordered.
What sizes are there, and what do they cost?
| 16 × 20 inch print | $39 |
| 18 × 24 inch print | $49 |
| 24 × 36 inch print | $69 |
Shipping is included in the price. There is nothing added at checkout.
What is it printed on?
Heavyweight 200gsm matte paper, uncoated so it does not glare under room light. The same stock at every size.
Where do you ship?
The United States, for now. It is the only market where we have measured what delivery actually costs, and we would rather ship to one country properly than to several badly. If you are elsewhere and want one, say so at support@printersly.com — it is the most useful signal for what to open next.
How long does it take?
Your poster is printed within a few days of ordering, then handed to a carrier. We email you when it is dispatched, with tracking and the delivery window the carrier has committed to. That email is the one worth keeping.
Can I return it?
Not by default. Each poster is made to order from a design that exists nowhere else, so there is nothing to resell and no stock to return it to — the same reason personalised goods are usually excluded from return policies.
That is not the whole answer, though. If your poster arrives damaged, if it was printed wrong, or if it simply is not what you expected, email support@printersly.com and tell us what happened. We would rather fix it than be right about a policy. Reprints and refunds are both on the table, and a photo helps.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Only before it reaches the printer, which is usually a short window. Email support@printersly.com with your order reference as soon as you can. Once it is printing, it is a physical object with your map on it and cannot be reassigned to anyone else.
Does it come framed?
No. It arrives rolled and unframed. Leave it flat under something heavy for a day and the curl drops out — then frame it. Every size we sell is a standard one, so an off-the-shelf frame fits without custom work or a cut mount.
Which activities can I use?
Any activity with GPS in it — rides, runs, walks, whatever you have recorded. You pick exactly which ones go on the poster, and you can select as many as you like. Activities without location data cannot be drawn, so they are left out.
Do I need a paid Strava account?
No. A free account is enough.
What happens to my Strava data?
It is used to draw your poster and nothing else. We never sell it, and we do not send it to advertisers. You can disconnect Strava whenever you like, and ask us to delete everything we hold. The privacy page says precisely what we store and who else sees it.
